A
deposit of 25% is payable on confirmation of reservation. The balance,
together with a security deposit of £750 (returnable cheque if no
damage) is payable six weeks before departure. |

Breakage and Damage Insurance
In France people tend to insure themselves against causing damage (as opposed to our UK house contents insurance where stuff is covered under a catch-all policy) so it is necessary and vital that all visitors have the appropriate personal/travel insurance in place should any damage to the house, the exterior or the contents take place. Please check carefully as your travel insurance might not cover damage to the house but personal insurance should. |

Further points of interest
- Any occupancy beyond 13 persons will be charged at £200per person per week.
- The house can comfortably accommodate 13 in the six bedrooms.
- Maid service is available mid week at an additional cost of 100 Euros.
- Unless agreed otherwise, all rentals commence on Saturdays at 16:00 and finish a week later at 10:00. For groups staying longer a complete maid service is available each Saturday between those hours.
- A babysitting and/or a visiting chef service is available on request. Babysitting costs from €10 an hour and Chef, with an assistant will agree a menu, shop, prepare, present and wash up/clear away for (from) €30 a head dependant of your choice of a four course meal. Lunch or dinner.
